Seamaster " Ligne Pilote " called " Flat Jedi " reference 145.024 Steel chronograph watch with mechanical movement. - Steel cushion case, smooth bezel, fluted crown, screwed back. - Slate grey dial, white painted minute track and 1000 Km/h tachymeter scale, painted luminescent baton markers, orange painted straight hands, orange painted perpetual seconds at 9 o'clock, totalizers for elapsed minutes (over 30 minutes) at 3 o'clock and hours (over 12 hours) at 6 o'clock, white painted central second hand with arrow for the chronograph function - Black rubber strap with orange stitching, metal pin buckle. Case, dial and movement signed. Movement: mechanical with manual winding. Movement caliber 861 - numbered 31.004.528 (circa 1970) Case numbered 145.024 Diameter: 39 x 48 mm - Strap length: 16 - 20 cm For this interesting version, we note that it has a particular typography of the totalizers of the hours (at 6 o'clock) and of the perpetual seconds (at 9 o'clock), which probably originates from the very rare "Apollo" version of the Speedmaster with white dial of the same period. It is referred to by fans of the manufacture as the "Flat Jedi". A similar model can be found in the Omega Museum at Biel under the reference 2449 (page 546) under the name "Ligne pilote" A similar watch (lot 139) was sold at the Omegamania sale on April 14 and 15, 2007 by Antiquorum for 5,310 CHF Condition report: Good general condition, scratches and patina on the case, the watch works at the time of the expertise, without guarantee of functioning over time, a revision of use recommended
