"The National Agents of the districts in the departments of Lot-et-Garonne, Haute-Garonne, Lot, Ariège and Tarn,... will draw up in all the Surveillance Committees the exact picture of the persons arrested in each Commune, the reasons for their arrest, their quality and profession, either in the old or in the new regime..."
