For an exit of the EU, a CITES of re-export will be necessary, this one will be charged to the future purchaser . According to the law and more precisely to the EC Regulation 338/97 of 09/12/1996, a certificate of expertise will be given to the future purchaser allowing the commercial use of this specimen in the EU.
