Certificate for Corporal THIEBAUD, native of VAUX (Jura), who was wounded by a gunshot to the right thigh while fighting the Vendée Rebels at the Affaire de CHOLET on 26 Vendémiaire an 2 (1793) and that as a result of this wound he is unable to continue serving.
