HORSE MAIL. 1793. Decrees of the National Convention of February 14, 16 and 19, 1793. 1°) To grant indemnities to MAÎTRES DE POSTES. "From the first of next March, the Horses of Post employed with the service of the Trunks, will be paid at the rate of thirty under per post for each horse; the guides of the postillons employed with this service, will be paid on the foot of fifteen under per post..."; 2° Which authorizes the Administrative Bodies to fix the wages of the professors of the colleges.
