He certifies that Sieur COGORDE de Toulon, Aspirant Volontaire was embarked on the Brig de l'Etat LE HAZARD from October 10, 1790 to May 22, 1792. Seen and signed by Rear Admiral FLOTTE, Commandant of the Navy in TOULON, and subscribed by the Mayor and Municipal Officers of the Commune of TOULON, on September 6, 1792. The piece still retains its Royal vignette. 1 folio page.
