NASA. LARGE FORMAT. This composite image of Chandra (blue) and Hubble (yellow and violet) data depicts the scene of a supernova explosion. The X-ray data reveal a bullet-shaped structure in the lower right, which appears to have been thrown out of the rest of the supernova. The detection of the ball, travelling at some 5 million miles per hour, proves that the explosion that created the remnant was not symmetrical. 2010.period chromogenic print.
