The first aerostatic flight in history took place on September 19, 1783 in a hot-air balloon by the Montgolfier brothers in Versailles, who finally realized man's dream: to fly!
Commemorative issue for the bicentenary of the first human flight 1783-1983, in a red imitation leather pouch, containing an envelope (color illustration) celebrating the bicentenary of Air & Space, stamped and cancelled (March 19, 83).
Also included: a 6 cm brooch and an explanatory leaflet.
