Brooch system with double pin and single pump-lock security (two diamonds missing and crystal chips on the back, barely visible from the front). Number of diamonds per brooch: 99 diamonds for a total of 198 diamonds. Estimated diamond weight: 3 carats per brooch, approx. 6 carats total. Probably transformed in the 1980s by Maison Boivin, the piece is accompanied by its certificate from Maison Boivin, by Mr. Thomas Toroni. Dog-head hallmark for platinum (from 1912) and eagle-head hallmark for 18K gold. French master hallmark Sté R - serpent - B for Maison René Boivin. Diameter: 51 mm - Gross weight: 34.65 g and 35.75 g Expert's note: These two Art Deco brooches were made in the 1980s by Maison Boivin. As so often in the history of the Maison and of jewelry, different elements were assembled to give life to a new jewel, here the central elements (probably bracelet links) and the rock crystal discs.
