CHINA, 20th century - Lot 266
CHINA, 20th century Chinese Order of the Double Dragon medal, of polylobed form, in gilt metal and turquoise enamel, with a midnight-blue border. The central medallion features two dragons in slight relief around the sacred pearl, inlaid with a dark-blue stone. The six-character calligraphy mentions "the precious star of the Double Dragon given by the Emperor". The Manchu rank is also mentioned.
