Weightlifting / Pierre Fulla / Nagano / Saint-Maur Photograph of weightlifter Pierre Fulla 15 x 19.5 cm (on view, framed) Pierre Fulla (1938), a native of Casablanca, holds several French championship titles and some thirty national records, topped by runner-up finishes at Euros and World Championships. He continued his career as a sports journalist at ORTF. A serious, sober, professional but cheerful journalist, he made history by broadcasting live from the Nagano Winter Games in 1998 under impossible conditions. He also joined "Les Guignols". This tightly-framed print shows him perhaps setting his own record for the clean and jerk at 130.5 kg.
