Certificate issued on board September 1, 1818. "... Joseph DABOUSSI received on board at SMIRNE, at the request of M. the French Consul of that city, behaved well there, and that it is to my knowledge that it was his attachment to the French that led him to leave Egypt to return to France." - Letter purified, some defects.
