Manuscript on paper, 27 lines, double column, in black, red and gold ink, each with a large miniature: the Entombment of Christ (8 x 8.5 cm) and the Consecration of a City (6.5 x 7.4 cm); large opening initial, one with a bird ornament, text on verso.
Extracts from a liturgical gospel. The first leaf is dedicated to Lent, with readings for the third Saturday of Lent and the third Sunday, while the second is devoted to the third Sunday of Easter, Myrophora Sunday in the Byzantine calendar.
