The Four Gospels (Աւետարան), 1796 Constantinople, in the year of the Lord 1796 and of the Armenians 1245, printed by Mattéos Dpir at the late Asdouatsadour's printing house (Աստոուածատուր). 364 double-column pages; reuse of 16 woodcuts by the famous artist Grégoire de Marzvan (Merzifon). Bound in crimson velvet, richly decorated with silver plates: the Virgin and Child and the Resurrection.
