Saint Gregory of Narek, Book of Lamentations, 1836 Ortaköy (Constantinople), Boghos Arabian imprint, 1836. Small in-8°, 488 pages. A full-page woodcut (Saint Grégoire) opposite page 5. Worn condition; first few leaves heavily dog-eared, scattered stains, small paper defect in one leaf (pages 411-12) affecting a few letters. Bound in period leather with gilt fillets and title page. Provenance: Swann Auction Galleries, New York City, sale #2243, April 11, 2011, lot 24.
