Delightful necklace of one strand of 7 mm-diameter cultured pearls, alternating with eight 18K gold discs set with modern-cut diamonds, centered on an articulated manila motif partially set with 50 grain-set modern-cut diamonds totaling approx. 0.80 carat, crowned with a close-set oval-cut sapphire, the ratchet clasp in an 18K 750 thousandth yellow gold ball.
