Religious services will also be held at 11 a.m. in the Temple of the Reformed Church and in the Israelite Synagogue... Marshal Comte de CASTELLANE will review the troops in Place BELLECOUR. At 2 a.m., a joust will take place on the SAONE, between the Palais de Justice bridge and the Tilsitt bridge. At 5 a.m., the regattas will begin...
