"1°) Les Agents Nationaux des Districts des Départements dépendants des Armées des Côtes de BREST et de CHERBOURG, veilleront à ce que les Agents nationaux des Communes, faites exactement le décadi de chaque mois la publication des lois, bulletins, instructions et écrits patriotiques qui leur seront envoyés à cet effet, de l'agence des lois. National Agents who neglect this publication will be punished as rebels to the Law... 3°) They will preferably go to Communes where the leaders of the Brigands, Chouans and other enemies of the interior have fanaticized and perverted the spirit.
