NASA. A magnificent view and oblique perspective of the payload bay of the space shuttle ATLANTIS (Mission STS-45) in front of an impressive globe. Inside the space shuttle is the ATLAS 1 atmospheric laboratory, a solar spectrometer (SSBUV). The 3 black spheres are space particle measuring devices.
