AIN. CONSTITUTION of 1793. "Decrees of the National Convention of April 13 and 14, 1793: 1°) Which declares that the French people will not interfere in any way in the government of other powers, but that it will not suffer any power to interfere in the internal regime of the Republic, (and influence the creation of the Constitution it wishes to give itself), and pronounces the death penalty against anyone proposing to negotiate or deal with enemy powers, which have not solemnly recognized the independence and sovereignty of the French Republic. 2°) Concerning the Distinctive Mark of Notables, members of the General Councils of Communes (They may wear a tricolor ribbon in the form of a scarf as a distinctive mark, when exercising...) - Published by the Département de l'AIN.
