General CHOISY (Claude-Gabriel de) Moulins (Allier) 1723 – residing in Montfermeil (93) in September 1799 – Letter A.S., Paris, August 19, 1783, to Mr. D’ERVILLE in Versailles. 1p in-4°: “I have the honor to inform you, Sir, that I have finally concluded my business with Mr. MOTEL; at the same time, I submitted a memorandum to His Excellency Marshal de SÉGUR requesting the replacement of Farconnet Jr. and the reinstatement of the father to his pension... What is of particular importance to him is an increase of 400 livres in his pension... which would compensate him for the sacrifice he has just made...”
