MILHAUD, attached to the Army of the Eastern Pyrenees, at headquarters in PERPIGNAN (66) on the 28th of Nivôse, Year II (January 17, 1794): “The Municipality of PERPIGNAN (66) shall provide lodging for all wounded soldiers of the army in the homes of the wealthy residents of this commune, beginning with those under suspicion…” in 8 articles (43 x 28 cm) + 2°) In the name of the French People, the People’s Representatives V. SOUBRANY and C. MILHAUD, attached to the Army of the Pyrénées-Orientales, at headquarters in PERPIGNAN (66) on the 19th of Ventôse, Year 2 (March 9, 1794): “All hire horses assigned to the artillery, wagon trains, and ambulance services shall be purchased from their owners and placed under the administration of the transport department…” (51 x 40 cm).
