Interesting letters from Mr. SEŸMOUR DE CONSTANT, nephew on his mother’s side of the Duke of SOMERSET, who wishes to change his English name and revert to his family’s former name, CONSTANT de REBECQUE. He sent him a genealogical note on his family for his book on the nobility of France.
