Achille Ozanne, born in 1846 in La Chapelle-la-Reine (Seine et Marne), died in Fontainebleau in 1896, was for a long time the chief cook of the king of Greece. This excellent cook also caressed the Muses and published recipes in verse in L'Art culinaire.
