Prestige folder in case, featuring these three Olympic Games, with 1st envelopes, maximum cards, autographs of the champions of the day (approx. 100 items):a) Mexico City, approx. 40 items, featuring the official French relay stamp, the German series with Coubertin, H.Mayer (prestige item), the Chad series (Solidarité Humaine), paying tribute to the winners (Besson, Kato, Davenport, Matson, Guyon, Beamon, etc.). Envelopes from Cameroon, Greece, Algeria, Turkey, Luxembourg, Spain, Mongolia, Morocco, Madagascar and, of course, Mexico (the 10 official stamps) mark these pivotal Games at altitude; b) In Munich, around 35 pieces with blank or philatelically cancelled blocks honor these Games, while the German postal service has the lion's share (10 West German coins, and 3 DDR), Greek postal services (5 docs, including the arrival of Louys, special bond 1971), French (Nallet stamp on Duriez card, and 4 FDC), Paraguayan (airmail), Liechtenstein (airmail), Cuba, Romania, Spain (2), etc. With autographs by Rosendahl, Zehrt, and Meyfarth; c) Montreal. Around 35 documents offering the best overview of the Games, and not just because there's a German airmail envelope with 1936-76 Hindenburg anniversary cancel, indeed, organizing Canada is omnipresent (dozen docs, including opening and closing cachets), as are France (FDC voile), Benin, FRG, Belgium, New Caledonia, Greece, Mali, Congo PR or Mali, who join their fine FDC issues to the general concert.
