Exhibit signed "Anne Julles Duc de NOAILLES" to her handwritten letterhead "Anne Julles Duc de Noailles Pair de France, first Captain of the King's Bodyguards, Commander in Chief for His Majesty in the province of LANGUEDOC, Governor and Lieutenant General of the Counties and Vigueries of Le ROUSSILLON, CONFLANS and CERDAIGNE, Captain General of these countries, Special Governor of the Cities of Château et Citadelle de PERPIGNAN (66) and Lieutenant General of the Armies du Roy." - Done at LA VOUTE on December 18, 1685 - Wax seal to his arms - 1p (37 x 25) - "It is forbidden to all Officers and War People to stay in the house of François MARSE Notary and clerk of the Abbot of FOURILLES in LANGOGNE. We forbid all consuls and others to give them any accommodation tickets."
