Interesting letters concerning the print trade, subscriptions, the engraver's subjects and in which he gives news of the Capital, in particular an execution of a boy baker who had murdered his master, sentenced to make amends at the Châtelet and to be broken alive; and on major works for the embellishment of Paris "a quay that we will make from the Place du Pont Saint Michel to the Grand Châtelet...." finally the cold does not spare the Capital "a large number of boats have perished on the river and several people too..."
