(Some defects of the time)/ "Notice to Messieurs Les Capitouls of the City of TOLOSE (TOULOUSE) to make so that the Royal Canal of the communication of the Two Seas, Ocean & Mediterranean is made in the ditches of the City, the port & harbour of the boats under the mill of the Bazacle between the two doors of the City, & that it is made a Canal from the river of Garonne above the mill of the Castle of approximately two hundred toises to join the Royal Canal". (circa 1667). Printed 18pp in-folio + Arrest rendered on January 17, 1702 "on the request of Thomas Templier, Farmer General of the Gabelles, tending to what it pleased His Majesty, to order the navigation of the River LEZ, both for the transport of Sels du Pécais (Peccais), and for all kinds of merchandise..." (about 1667). Print 2pp in-folio + "Transaction of the year 1657, between the chapter St Sauveur de MONTPELLIER & the Owners of the Meadows of LATTES." Print 2pp folio + "Transaction of the year 1658, between the chapter St Sauveur de Montpellier & the Owners of the Meadows of Lattes." Impr. 2pp ¼ in-folio + Letters Patent for the erection of the Barony of LATTES, Barony of SOLAS and PART-ANTIQUE, in the Marquisate, under the name and appellation of SOLAS.
