His Majesty, King LOUIS XV, grants him and donates the Archbishopric of Bourges which is now being run by the Cardinal de ROYE DE LA ROCHEFOUCAULD last titular. "Today August 15, 1757, the King being at Versailles." Provisional patent pending receipt of letters from the Court of Rome.
