FAT (06). 1628. PARLIAMENT OF PROVENCE. Extract from the registers made at AIX (13), in Parliament, on February 3, 1628. "Between Messire Claude BERNARD Doctor in Canon Law, Cabiscol in the Cathedral Church of the Town of GRASSE, calling as of abuse, of the execution of certain clause put in queüe of the Bulls and provisions of the Provost of the aforesaid Church, granted by Our Holy Father the Pope, bearing dispensation of age in favour of the respondent, & dispensation from the statutes of the aforesaid Church, & of all that ensued from it....
