"Order of the King's Council of State, which extends until the first of July next, the time limit for the payment of the right of Confirmation of Nobility ordered by the Edict of April 1771, by the ennobled since 1715; and orders that when the said time limit expires, they will no longer be admitted, & will forfeit the nobility & privileges & prerogatives attached thereto."
