He presents his contract of purchase of the said Land & Barony of PONTCHÂTEAU, signed before Notaries in NANTES, on 30th December 1743 - we will read the supporting documents extracted from the registers of the Clerk's Office of the States of Brittany from 1603 to 1683 ... concerning Armand du CAMBOUT, Duke of COASLIN and his son Pierre de CAMBOUT, Marquis de COASLIN, Baron de PONCHÂTEAU - Bandeau & Lettrine + (PRIVILEGES DE BRETAGNE) "Arrest du Conseil d'Etat du Roi du 3 May 1765" followed by the order of RAUDIN Commissaire des Guerres en Bretagne, made in RENNES on 8 May 1765 - Printed 4pp in-folio. Nice Headband engraved with the royal arms. "The King being informed that... The Parliament of Brittany has forbidden to collect in this Province, the two new Soils for delivery in addition to the Rights of its General Farms..." The King declares null and void "the Deliberation taken on the 10th of last month, by the Merchants of NANTES..."
