Charles ROCHET, Painter and Statuary, Professor in charge of the courses of Anthropology and Elementary Zoology at the National School of BEAUX-ARTS. - PARIS 16 Sept 1872 - 1p in-8° - "Sir; For the Publication that I am undertaking, at this time of my Applied Fine Arts Course, I would need to make some drawings of articulated animals in the Zoology Gallery of the Museum." Letter A.S. d'ATHIS-MONS (Seine et Oise. Essonne) 29th Sept 1895 - 2pp 1/2 in-8° - "Dear Sir, in the last session of the Academy of Sciences, you spoke out against the TRANSFORMISTS, and you cited a challenge you've been addressing to them for 35 years to not be able to cite any cases of obvious MUTATION.
