Four documents :a) Two woodcuts from "The Illustrated London News" : I) Mr.Hartley, wins the Cup for the second time, (15x23), we discover one of the first stands, one of the first scoreboards, and a ball boy.Colonial helmets, top hats and spectators near the lines testify to a golden age; II) a beautiful general view of the Eastbourne courts in 1881 (12x25); b) Two reproductions from 1877, and 1887; the first concerns the first Wimbledon tournament, in July 1877 (12x25), the second a French party, on holiday (10x23). Astonishing for those who take the trouble to look.
