Coutume d'ANJOU - "Ruling of the Court of Parliament, confirming an order of the Bureau of Finances of TOURS, of May 15, 1752, which condemned the Tutor of M. de LA FOREST D'ARMAILLÉ, a minor owner of the Barony of CRAON in Anjou, to pay to the Receiver General of the Domaines Bois of TOURS, the right of deportation of minority, opened because of the said Barony, this, in accordance with article 107 of the Custom of the said Province, notwithstanding the opinion of all the Commentators of the Custom, both ancient and modern, who attest that this right has fallen into disuse in Anjou, and has not been exercised there. - of January 22, 1756 - Band - Printed in Paris, by PRAULT, 8pp in-4° - "...
