Seamaster - reference 2975 - 1 SC Steel city watch with automatic movement. - Round steel case, lyre handles, smooth bezel, fluted crown, screwed back with central medallion. - Silver dial, applied baton hour markers highlighted in black, luminescent dauphine hands, right central second hand. - Black leather strap, metal pin buckle. Case, dial and movement signed. Movement: mechanical with automatic winding. Movement caliber 501 - numbered 16.299.946 (circa 1958) Case numbered 2975 - 1 SC Diameter: 34 mm - Strap length: 15 - 20 cm Introduced in 1958, the reference 2975 is the first to receive the "Sea Horse" background that has adorned the back of Seamaster watches since. (page 287) A similar model can be found in the Omega Museum at Biel under reference 2830 (page 287). Model probably produced for the German market according to the notes of Joël Duval. Condition report: Very good general condition, scratches and patina on the case, the watch works at the time of the expertise, without guarantee of functioning in time, a revision of use advised.
