Mark V (non luminous) - 30 hours - For the RAF Pocket watch in nickel silver with mechanical movement. - Round nickel silver case, smooth bezel, fluted crown, screwed caseback, British military marking on back. - Black dial, indexes, bold Arabic numerals painted in white, "bar" hands, perpetual big second at 6 o'clock. Case, dial and movement signed. Movement: hand-wound mechanical. Movement numbered 5.185.255 - dial numbered B.B.3082 (circa 1918) Case numbered 5.935.727 (circa 1918) Diameter: 52 mm Known as the "Lepine Omega RAF", this pocket watch was one of the watches delivered to the Royal Flying Corps between 1917 and 1918. It bears the regulatory markings on the back: "A" for Aviation and the "Broad Arrow", a characteristic arrow for equipment owned by the British Army. Similar models can be found in the Omega Museum at Biel under the reference 2250/2428 (page 222). A similar watch (lot 85) was sold at the Omegamania auction on April 14 and 15, 2007 by Antiquorum for CHF 2,596 Condition report: Good general condition, patina on the dial, wear scratches and patina on the case, the watch is working at the time of the expertise, without guarantee of functioning over time, a service recommended
