Although it did not play a major role during the First World War, it had to face the French and Italian navies, especially in the Mediterranean. It was dismantled shortly after the 1914/1918 war. It is rare to find a watch for naval officers in solid silver, due to the oxidation of the silver with salt water. Condition report: Good general condition, numbers slightly faded at 7 o'clock, use scratches and patina on the case, the watch works at the time of the expertise, without guarantee of functioning in time, a revision of use advised.
