Pulsometric scale - "Medical Chronograph Doctor's pocket chronograph watch in nickel silver with mechanical movement. - Round nickel silver case, smooth bezel, fluted crown with integrated pusher, officer's caseback, beveled glass. - White enamel dial, black and red painted minute track and pulsometer scale, black painted "Paris" Arabic numerals, blued steel "Stuart pear" hands, perpetual seconds at 6 o'clock, 30-minute totalizer at 12 o'clock, central second hand for chronograph function. Case, dial and movement signed. Movement: mechanical with manual winding. Movement numbered 5.391.521 (circa 1918) - caliber 18''' CHRO Case numbered 6.298.983 (circa 1920) Diameter : 50 mm Rare pocket chronograph model with a pulsometric scale allowing a doctor or a nurse to quickly take the pulse of the patient. The scale is graduated from 200 to 40, alternating colors for perfect visibility of the information given by the central hand. A similar model can be found in the Omega Museum in Biel under the reference 950 (page 524). Condition report: Good general condition, hair on the dial at 1 o'clock, wear scratches and patina on the case, reset problem, the watch works at the time of the expertise, without guarantee of functioning over time, a service recommended.
