Speedmaster MKII Racing - reference 145.014 Steel chronograph watch with mechanical movement. - Steel tonneau case, graduated inner tachometric bezel on a black and white painted fluted crown, screwed caseback. - Black dial, luminescent (tritium) painted baton hour markers and graduated white and orange minute track, straight white painted hands, perpetual seconds at 9 o'clock, totalizers for elapsed minutes (over 30 minutes) at 3 o'clock and hours (over 12 hours) at 6 o'clock (with orange painted hands), central arrow second hand for the chronograph function painted in orange - Steel bracelet, steel folding clasp (1162). Case, dial, buckle and movement signed. Movement: mechanical with manual winding. Movement caliber 861 - numbered 28.429.027 (circa 1969) Case numbered 145.014 Diameter: 41 mm - Strap length: 20 cm With its chronograph function hands painted in bright orange, as well as a 1/5th of a second minute track painted in white and red/orange, this version is more sporty and readable. The patina of the indexes, which have become "Apricot", is very beautiful and unusual. Its soft shapes and bright colors modernize this version of the Speedmaster. A similar model is in the Omega Museum at Biel under the reference 1322/3 (page 607). A similar watch (lot 212) was sold at the Omegamania auction on April 14 and 15, 2007 by Antiquorum for CHF 4,248 Condition report: Good general condition, beautiful patina on the dial, wear scratches and patina on the case, very polished case back, the watch works at the time of the expertise, without guarantee of functioning over time, a service recommended
