Olympic Chronograph Chromed steel pocket chronograph watch with mechanical movement. - Round steel case, smooth bezel, fluted crown, officer's back. - White dial, minute track to 1/5 of a second and Arabic numerals painted in black, stylized blued steel hands, totalizer of elapsed hours (on 12 hours) and elapsed minutes (on 60 minutes) in the center, central seconds hand of the chronograph and split-second functions in blued steel and painted in red. Case, dial and movement signed. Movement: mechanical with manual winding. Movement caliber 1520 - numbered 1.041.294 Case not numbered Diameter: 64 mm Pocket chronograph with split-seconds version, identical to the models used for the Olympic Games in the 1960s/1970s The Omega Museum curator indicates that this watch was used in the following areas, among others: Automobile racing, cycling, model cars, motocross... Here, the indications are in the center of the dial and not in auxiliary dials. A similar model is in the Omega Museum in Biel under reference 1077 (page 572). A similar watch (lot 84 for the automobile club of Puebla) was sold at the Omegamania sale on April 14 and 15, 2007 by Antiquorum for 7,080 CHF Condition report: Good general condition, scratches and patina on the case, the watch works at the time of the expertise, without guarantee of functioning in time, a revision of use advised.
