Movement caliber 865 - numbered 26.572.465 (circa 1968) Case numbered 145.009 Diameter: 34 mm - Strap length: 16 - 20 cm Unlike the previous lot, this watch Chronostop belongs to the Geneva collection. With a reduced diameter of 34 mm, this sports watch can be considered today as a mixed watch. Its dial with 1/5th of a second graduation allows an easy reading of the time. A symbol of Swiss dial-making expertise, it is of the "Pie Pan" type, with a raised center sloping down to beveled facets, giving it colors ranging from anthracite to black. A similar model can be found in the Omega Museum at Biel under reference 3552 (page 549) with a specific case for the 1968 Mexico City Olympics Condition report: Good general condition, used scratches on the bezel and patina on the case, the watch is working at the time of the expertise, no guarantee of functioning over time, a service recommended.
