Before replying, however, I had to reflect on the situation in this Department. I don't think the odds are in favor of a list of candidates like the one you're kindly proposing I be on... Coming out of an electoral struggle and with a lot of work in progress, I wouldn't want to start a campaign all over again... which would offer little chance of success...".
