Three fine commemorative sets from these Games, which specialists long considered to be the finest:a) set of 4 official Finnish stamps on an illustrated envelope (the stadium) with rings and postmark (7/19/1952), Helsinki-Olympia-Helsingfors; b) Monaco set (by plane), illustrated with torches and rings, the 5 stamps commemorating the Principality's participation in the 1952 Helsinki Olympics, with Monaco-Ville Principauté postmark, 2/23/1953; c) another Monaco 1953 envelope, but with hexagonal postmark.
