NAPOLEON I - Handwritten signature. Handwritten initial on a printed document completed by hand: Rapport présenté à sa Majesté l'Empereur et Roi par le Ministre -Directeur, le 11 mars 1808. Two folio pages (qq. cuts). Rare report written by a secretary and signed by DEJEAN, also annotated in the hand of a secretary for the Emperor who has affixed a handsome initial in his own hand. Request for the appointment of three Health Officers for the Spanish Army headquarters, at the Emperor's request. A possessor of this document has added, on a fragment of paper glued to the edge of the document, the autograph signature of Emperor Napoleon III.
