Fort in-4 vintage brown half-chagrin, spine ribbed and decorated (rubbing). Definitive edition of "one of the great treatises of modern cooking, by the two Prosper", first published in 1900 under the title La grande cuisine illustrée. The work is decorated with a number of woodcut figures by Renefer. A good copy.
