SANTON DE PROVENCE - Simone JOUGLAS (1907-2001) / Authentic vintage Provencal santon from the 80s and 90s, created by Master Santonnière Simone Jouglas of Marseille, Premier Ouvrier de France, it is made of terracotta, measures 30 cm and is dressed in genuine Provencal fabrics, It is signed on the base (Simone Jouglas was the first to create the dressed santon in 1944) - this one depicts the puisatier.
