Marie-Adélaïde de BOURBON (Duchesse de Chartres then Duchesse d'Orléans, 1753-1821, Princess of the House of Orléans, great-granddaughter of Louis XIV through the legitimated Batarde branch, mother of the King of the French Louis-Philippe) / Brevet de médecin ordinaire attaché à sa personne signed by her hand, given in Paris on March 2, 1821, parchment (40 x 29 cm), engraved vignette with his Arms and letterhead with his titles, red stamp of his House, countersigned by his Secretary of Commandments, the document was framed in the 70s under a gilded stick (48 x 36 cm).
