Michel PARTICELLI D'ÉMERY (Lyon/ Rhône 1596 - 1650) Superintendent of Finances in 1648 - Letter signed "D'Hemery" from Paris on January 10, 1646, to Mr de LA POTERIE Conseiller du Roy, Intendant à CAEN (Calvados). He asks him to apply a decree which prevents the abuses which are committed for the matricules of the bailiffs and Sergeants of this Kingdom and sends him a Commission to impose in his Generality the sum of three thousand Livres of Taillon. 1p folio.
