Comtesse ANDRÉOSSY, wife of the General. Marie Stéphanie Florimond de Fay de la Tour-Maubourg (1790-1868), was the daughter of Charles César de Fay de La Tour-Maubourg, Count-Senator of the First Empire and Peer of France, and Marie-Charlotte-Henriette Pinault de Thenelles. On September 15, 1810, she married Antoine François, Comte d'Andréossy, a French general, hydrographer and diplomat of the Revolution and Empire. - Letter A.S. from the Comtesse, to the gardener of the Comtesse de BARRAL at MÉE (Château du MÉE), Seine et Marne, reminding him of his duties if he wishes to keep his job with her. Dated April 4, 1839.
